From May 27th to 28th, 2026, the 2026 Annual Conference of the Polypropylene Branch of China Chemical Fiber Association and the High-Quality Development Forum for the Polypropylene Industry were grandly held at the Yining Hotel in Jieyang, Guangdong Province.

As an enterprise deeply involved in the polypropylene industry and the organizer of this annual conference, Meng Tai High-tech joined hands with industry colleagues to jointly explore new quality productivity, jointly draw up a new blueprint for the high-end and green development of the industry, and inject strong momentum into the development of the polypropylene industry in the first year of the "15th Five-Year Plan". 

Jointly explore the path for high-quality development of the industry

On the afternoon of May 27th, the 2026 Annual Conference of the Polypropylene Branch of the China Chemical Fibers Industry Association was held in Jieyang, Guangdong Province. The conference systematically reviewed the key tasks of the branch, deeply analyzed the current operation situation of the polypropylene industry, and conducted special discussions on the implementation path for the high-quality development of the industry during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period. This further consolidated industry consensus and clarified the development direction.

At the meeting, the Polypropylene Branch of the China Chemical Fibers Industry Association completed its换届 (change of leadership). Guangdong Modern High-tech Fiber Co., Ltd. and 10 other enterprises were appointed as vice-chairman units of the branch. Dou Juan from the China Chemical Fibers Industry Association was appointed as the secretary-general of the branch.

At the same time, the representatives of the enterprises from the new branch committee respectively introduced the current development status, product layout, innovation direction, and green development of their respective enterprises, covering the entire polypropylene industry chain including mechanical manufacturing, oil and agent additives, and fiber production. This presentation conveyed the development achievements, business characteristics, and growth potential of the polypropylene industry.

On the morning of May 28th, the 2026 High-Quality Development Forum for Polypropylene Industry was held as scheduled. The speakers focused on topics such as the operation of the textile and chemical fiber industry, the development of new fibers, temperature-regulating polypropylene fibers, the synthesis of new polyolefins, innovations in nonwoven materials, and the application of chemical fiber rope nets. They delivered wonderful presentations. The reports were progressive and systematically outlined the high-quality development path of the industry in terms of technology, greenness, and low-carbon.
